How do I find a player?

Choose the player’s platform on the home page and enter the exact in-game name. Check spelling, case and symbols. Site accounts and PUBG accounts are independent.

Why is a player missing or a search slow?

Check the name and platform and retry later. Upstream services may be under maintenance, rate limited or delayed. Searches may queue or use cached results; check task progress and data timestamps.

Is a ban status a final official decision?

We display available API data, which may be delayed or incomplete. It is not proof of cheating. We cannot remove bans; use official PUBG support for appeals.

Why do stats or rankings differ from the game?

Check the platform, season and mode. Sources, caching and coverage can differ. Missing data does not mean zero matches.

How should I use tactical maps?

Map locations are references and may change with game updates. A location does not guarantee a spawn in every match. Follow the actual game state.

Do I need an account?

Public features and feedback are available to visitors. Saved records and membership access follow the page instructions. Visitor records belong to the current browser; clearing cookies or changing devices may lose access.

What feedback can I submit?

Report site bugs, incorrect map locations, data issues and suggestions. Include platform, player name, page and reproduction steps. Do not send passwords, verification codes or API keys. Contact official channels for game account or payment disputes.
